Off course it have lions part in his increasing bounty but ither things were considered here, for example everyone thout Luffy was the mastermind plan to take down big mom. And she have never faced this critical harm befor to her territory. So he was pretty much successful in it.
Also Luffy has got 5000 subordinates which is big number and buf threat as well.
His bounty is increased by considering all of these parameters and future threats that could br caused by him.

Naah Katakuri was defeated he conjured up all of his left strength to get up and fall on his back in front of Luffy to show that he had finally lost to a worthy opponent and declared it that at last someone defeated him and first time made him fall on his back so yeah 1.5 is fine enough I guess....

Actually even the fight between katakuri and luffy was ended really bad , luffy got beaten by katakuri for around 15 episodes and took a hell of a beating but when luffy just started to counter him for a few eps katakuri just dropped dead when katakuri was and even till the end of the big mom arc is a lot stronger than luffy

Meanwhile, Katakuri never lost before he fought Luffy which would imply that he rarely got hurt. Y'know, the more you got hurt, the more you come back stronger than ever.

This time he was getting his ass whopped for straight 15 episodes , and even on the next few episodes where luffy started to counter katakuri he wasn't only countering , he was taking as much hits as the episodes before but still you know how it wouldn't have gotten anywhere if luffy lost against katakuri, that's where the plot armor kicked in

well katakuri fought well but ur overestimating him afterall the main advantage he had against luffy was advanced observation haki so when luffy got it as well the playing field was on luffys side as he had better fighting capabilties
